What you'll be doing: Customer Support Advisor
- Supporting customers via phone and social channels
- Helping users navigate apps, accounts, and subscriptions
- Troubleshooting issues across devices and platforms
- Explaining features clearly, without jargon

- Rotational shifts between 8am–12am
