The Head of Finance, will bridge the finance department with the wider business, ensuring leaders have the financial data, models and advice needed to make informed commercial decisions.

The Role Head of Finance

This is an exciting role where you will be charged with partnering with internal stakeholders to provide financial insight, challenge and support

• Lead preparation of budgets, forecasts ad long-term financial plans for the business.
• Identify key drivers of performance and highlight risk and opportunity.
• Produce clear and insightful reporting on sales, margins and profitability.
• Support bids, tenders and new business opportunities with financial analysis.
• Ensure commercial finance practices align with group policies and financial controls

The Candidate Head of Finance

You will bring proven experience in a similar role.

• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
• Experience supporting commercial teams like sales and operations
• Ability to present complex information in a clear and actionable format.
• Strong problem solving, influencing and decision support skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to link financials to business goals
• Forward thinking attention to detail while maintaining a big-picture perspective.
