My client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to play a key role in implementing their new system, ProjectWorks. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys managing processes from start to finish. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the system implementation, ensuring smooth integration across teams, and managing timelines, resources, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Coordinate the rollout of ProjectWorks, managing timelines and deliverables.
  • Oversee workflows and ensure smooth processes across teams.
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Support system implementation, including data migration, testing, and user training.
  • Drive adoption of the new system and help embed best practices.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic finance/HR systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Previous involvement in system implementation is a plus.
