Salary: £50,000 + £6k Car Allowance Double OTE

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive Manager to join our team. This role focuses on acquiring new clients and expanding market presence within industries such as Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC), manufacturing, and infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by implementing strategies and achieving KPIs and targets.
  • Identify and create new business opportunities using Outcome-Based Selling.
  • Conduct impactful sales presentations and position solutions effectively.
  • Negotiate and close deals with new clients on favourable terms.
  • Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and competitors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred) and strong industry knowledge in AEC/manufacturing.
  • Proven track record in software sales and business development.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Willingness to travel and fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
