Change Project Manager Remote (with up to 20% travel, expense paid)£40,000-45,000
REED Technology are seeking an experienced Change Project Manager to lead and deliver technology transformation projects that drive meaningful change across the organisation. This is a strategic role requiring strong leadership, governance, and change management expertise to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Plan: Drive the planning and implementation of change initiatives aligned with organisational goals.
- Governance & Delivery: Develop project plans, manage resources, and track performance using best-in-class tools and methodologies.
- Change Management: Apply proven frameworks to foster adoption and minimise resistance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring robust governance structures.
- Continuous Improvement: Champion best practices and process enhancements across the change function.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in technology transformation projects and organisational change.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Proficiency in project management software; PMP / PRINCE II certification is desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment with competing priorities.
- Experience in FCA-regulated environments and financial services is highly advantageous.
Technical Skills:
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Knowledge of Power BI, automation tools/VBA, and workload management systems (e.g., Monday.com, Trello) is beneficial.
