What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinating and managing a portfolio of European customer accounts, handling mainly inbound enquiries.
  • Responding promptly to customer requests, providing quotes, product details, delivery information, and general support.
  • Preparing accurate quotes — including complex and high-value project quotations — and ensuring orders are processed same-day.
  • Supporting field sales teams with project coordination, scheduling, documentation, and proposal preparation.
  • Monitoring stock availability, timelines, and technical updates, keeping customers fully informed throughout the process.
  • Organising follow-ups from marketing campaigns, web enquiries, exhibitions, and digital activity.
  • Maintaining organised records of customer interactions, orders, and workflow progress.
  • Participating in regular team meetings and ongoing development sessions.

What we’re looking for:

  • Fluent Dutch and English (spoken & written).
  • Experience in sales administration, customer support, or a coordination-based role is highly desirable.
  • Confident communication skills via phone and email.
  • Strong organisational ability — able to manage multiple tasks and customer requests simultaneously.
  • Comfortable learning and working with IT systems, CRM tools, and technical product information.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and support commercial conversations.
  • Previous experience within security or technology sectors is an advantage but not essential.
