HR Business Partner
Reed HR are partnered with a Technology Consulting Business based in Central London to recruit a HR Business Partner on a full time, Permanent basis. Salary on offer is anything up to £65,000 per annum. This job will operate on the hybrid working model, with some days based in the office and the rest from home each week.
The main responsibilities of this job will be to support stakeholders, including line managers and Executive level Directors across the business on a variety of HR issues. This will include employee relations casework, which could range from complex cases, redundancies, change management and transformation projects, engagement, performance management and more.
Some of the roles and responsibilities of this job are as follows:
- Build and develop relationships with stakeholders across the business, ranging from line managers to exec level directors.
- Lead on complex employee relations casework, including all disciplinary/grievance cases, performance management, redundancies, consultations, and settlements as required.
- Take the lead on change management programmes, consulting with the business and employees on all matters to do with redeployment, TUPE, transformation and restructures.
- Act on information from engagement results, partnering with Directors/Managers to suggest any improvements or process changes improving efficiency and employee support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a HR Business Partner, ideally within a consultancy or technology environment.
- Strong background in managing complex employee relations cases.
- Experience leading change management programmes and understanding of TUPE regulations.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
