We are looking for a proactive IT Support Technician to join our team. This role involves a hands-on approach to hardware installation, desk setup, and providing first-line support to our users. The ideal candidate will be a supportive and communicative problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Install hardware components such as PCs, keyboards, and base stations.
- Set up desks for new and existing employees, ensuring all necessary equipment is properly configured and ready for use.
- Conduct floor walking to interact with users, troubleshoot issues, and provide immediate support, escalating complex problems as necessary.
- Act as a supportive point of contact for resolving queries and minor technical issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in installing and configuring computer hardware and peripherals.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving first-line technical issues.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on supporting users and enhancing their experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
