Role Purpose

This role is focused on delivering learning solutions related to Business Systems. Responsibilities include induction programmes, ongoing systems training, and supporting the design and delivery of learning initiatives for system changes and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Business Systems induction sessions aligned with organisational and L&D strategy, ensuring new starters’ needs are met.
  • Provide Business Systems training in both formal and informal settings, virtually and in person.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage L&D’s involvement in IT system changes and upgrades.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis for designated offices.
  • Design learning interventions, including supporting materials such as handouts, exercises, and trainer notes.
  • Contribute to the quality assurance of digital learning resources.
  • Prepare learning environments and resources, including IT setup where required.
  • Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and learning outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of training delivered to support reporting and compliance.
  • Keep personal knowledge and skills up to date through internal and external learning opportunities.

About You

  • Recognised training qualification.
  • Experienced Trainer.
  • Strong coaching and training delivery skills.
  • Solid understanding of Learning & Development principles and the Training Cycle.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
