Account Manager
Our client is looking for an Account Manager / Sales Coordinator to join their team on an initial 18-month contract, with potential for extension. This role is ideal for someone enthusiastic about managing client accounts, supporting the sales team, and driving customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts and become a subject-matter expert in the company's digital product portfolio
- Coordinate the customer onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation
- Support sales managers in client meetings and digital solution presentations
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Deliver ongoing account support including check-ins, performance reviews, training, and issue resolution
- Capture and promote customer success stories and testimonials
- Collaborate with marketing on artwork and site-specific product promotions
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in account management, sales coordination, customer success, or marketing
- Proficiency with CRM tools, LinkedIn, and social media platforms
- Strong customer service skills with attention to detail
- Able to work independently, manage priorities, and support sales initiatives
- Previous experience in software or digital environments is desirable
This is a hybrid working role in Stockport, offering a hands-on position managing accounts, supporting sales, and helping clients get the most from digital products.
