In this role, you will be responsible for the management, development, and resilience of the school's wired and wireless network infrastructure. Working under the direction of the Head of IT (Strategy and Projects), you will ensure secure, robust, and high-performing systems while acting as the senior escalation point for complex network-related issues.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate or technically qualified network professional with experience operating within an enterprise environment. You will hold certifications such as CCNA or CCNP or equivalent experience, and have strong hands-on knowledge of network security, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure. Experience within education is desirable but not essential.

The Role:
* Manage, maintain, and develop the school's wired and wireless network infrastructure
* Ensure network stability, integrity, performance, and security
* Configure and manage firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless access points
* Act as senior technical escalation point for network-related incidents
* Monitor, audit, and document network systems and configurations
* Provide technical support, guidance, and training where appropriate
* Full-time, site-based role

The Person:
* Degree in Computer Science or related subject, or CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent experience
* Proven experience managing enterprise wired and wireless networks
* Strong knowledge of firewall technologies, DNS, DHCP, and network security
* Experience with Microsoft Azure, Intune, and Windows Server environments
