Finance Business Partner

Do you want to work within strategic finance in a dynamic, innovative global technology business? Our client, a fast-moving tech company with over 2,000 employees worldwide, is seeking an accomplished Finance Business Partner to join their Leeds-based finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted adviser, collaborating closely with operational and commercial teams to drive business performance and decision-making.
• Deliver best-in-class financial analysis, forecasting, and financial modelling to support key initiatives.
• Provide high-quality insights and recommendations, influencing stakeholders at all levels-both locally and globally.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and value creation across the business.
• Support financial planning, budgeting, and reporting cycles.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a finance business partnering role within a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.
• Advanced financial modelling, analytical and Excel skills.
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at a variety of levels.
• Experience in the technology sector or a global business is highly advantageous.
