Robert Half Ltd is partnering with a leading London-based business to hire a Head of Systems Innovation to own and evolve their Microsoft business platforms for a leading FTSE 250 company!
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with real ownership - not a legacy clean-up, not vendor management theatre.
What actually mattersYou must be strong in:

Dynamics 365 (CE and/or Finance & Operations)

Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)

Power BI (analytics, reporting, business insight)
You'll lead platform strategy, set standards, and ensure these systems genuinely support the business as it scales.
What you'll be doing-
Owning and improving the D365 estate

Driving delivery across Power Platform solutions

Ensuring data and reporting are meaningful via Power BI

Leading and mentoring a small specialist team

Working closely with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into systems that work

A senior Microsoft platform leader

Comfortable balancing strategy with delivery

Pragmatic, commercial, and outcomes-focused

Experienced in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
