Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid)

As FP&A Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in providing insight and clarity across the business, partnering with stakeholders at all levels and supporting both operational and strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analysing key SaaS performance metrics to provide recommendations that support business strategy
- Producing insightful investor and executive-level reporting
- Business partnering with marketing, engineering, and customer success teams to explain performance and budget variances
- Supporting monthly forecasting and annual budgeting cycles
- Monitoring industry trends and communicating relevant insights to senior management
- Reviewing financial statements and advising on financial reporting compliance
- Playing an active role in the month-end close, including journals, accruals, and reconciliations
- Overseeing software spend management and supplier compliance
- Driving continuous improvements to finance processes and systems
- Supporting audit preparation and due diligence activities
What you'll bring
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- At least 3 years' experience in FP&A, accounting, audit, or financial analysis roles - ideally within technology environments
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to translate complex financial information for non-finance stakeholders
- Advanced Excel modelling skills (budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis)
- Experience using Xero, Bob Finance (Mosaic), or similar finance tools
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- A collaborative, curious mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
This FP&A role is based in Milton Keynes and the salary is £50,000 - £65,000 depending on experience.
