• Screening CVs and conducting candidate interviews.

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from first contact to job offer.
• Negotiating and closing successful placements.

• Excellent communication skills and confident telephone manner.
• Driven, competitive, and eager to achieve both personal and team targets.
• Organised, proactive, and able to thrive under pressure.
• Degree (2:2 or above) preferred but not essential.
• Sales or commercial experience is a bonus but not mandatory.
• Strong motivation to succeed and earn well.

• Basic Salary: £26,000
• Year 1 OTE: £40,000+
• Year 2 OTE: £65,000+
• Year 3 OTE: £100,000+
