• Identify and source high-quality candidates.
• Write and post engaging job adverts.
• Review CVs and conduct candidate interviews.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to job offer.
• Negotiate offers and close successful placements.

• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ambitious, competitive, and target-driven.
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Degree educated (2:2 or higher) preferred but not essential.
• Previous sales or commercial experience desirable but not required.
• Resilient and motivated by success.

• Basic Salary: £25,000
• Year 1 OTE: £40,000+
• Year 2 OTE: £65,000+
• Year 3 OTE: £100,000+
