Salary: £25,000–£28,000 basic uncapped commission (OTE £45k–£60k Year 1)

The Role:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll use your sales experience to build strong relationships, win new business, and place top tech talent into exciting roles. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where your hard work directly impacts your success.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Proactively sourcing and headhunting candidates in the tech sector
• Writing job adverts and managing applications
• Screening CVs and interviewing candidates
• Developing new business through client outreach and relationship building
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
• Hitting targets and earning commission on every deal closed

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ months in a sales or target-driven environment
• Confident, persuasive communicator who enjoys building relationships
• Resilient, competitive, and motivated by money and success
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities at once
• Interest in technology is beneficial, but not essential
