Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Sales-Focused

Location: London

Salary: £25,000 basic + uncapped commission

Realistic OTE: £40k (Year 1), £60k (Year 2), £80k+ (Year 3)

The Role:

This is a sales-driven position where no two days are the same. You will:

• Sell opportunities to candidates – engage, persuade, and secure top talent
• Sell solutions to clients – win new business through calls, emails, and meetings
• Negotiate offers – close deals between candidates and hiring managers
• Hit & exceed targets – the more you bill, the more you earn
• Build your own business – grow a desk of clients and candidates in your niche market
