Be part of a trusted technology provider delivering critical infrastructure across the UK's commercial and public sectors. Support systems that underpin banking, energy, government, and retail services, helping millions of people every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot infrastructure issues (Windows, RHEL, SAN, GPOs, WSUS, AD, AppLocker, etc.)
Collaborate with Network, Engineering, and SOC teams to resolve end-user impacts
Work directly with client leads on escalated incidents
Maintain test and live environments, including patching and updates (Anti-Virus, WSUS, RHEL, etc.)
Manage PKI certificates and SIEM tooling
Support Engineering and Test teams
Perform AD administration (accounts, groups, memberships, permissions)
Required Skills:
Infrastructure: VMWare vSphere, Windows Server, Windows AD, DNS, WSUS, RDS, McAfee, RHEL
Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
Applications: SharePoint, SQL, Exchange, CASD
Familiarity with PKI, SIEM, or security-focused tooling
- It would be highly advantageous to have SQL server skills
