Project Manager
I am currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join a leading software client specialising within the Government and Public Sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong project management and client services background, who is self starting and committed as well as having an excellent attention to detail.
Salary - £45,000 per annum
Location - Fully Remote Working
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the successful delivery of several projects simultaneously, ensuring commercial objectives are achieved
- Design and implement delivery approaches that optimise income, control, expenditure and achieve high levels of client satisfaction
- Take ownership of project from initiation through to completion
- Define and agree project scope, outputs and acceptance standards in collaboration with customers
- Secure engagement and commitment from key stakeholders to agreed plans and change initiatives
- Create, manage and maintain detailed delivery schedules, milestones and timelines using appropriate planning tools
- Produce and manage MS Project schedules alongside supporting project documentation
- Coordinate with resource managers, internal teams and external partners to allocate and plan project resources effectively
- Lead and inspire project team members within a matrix environment to maintain quality and consistency of delivery
- Forecast, monitor and control project budgets to ensure delivery remains with agreed financial limits
- Maintain a clear and consistent and timely communication with all internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively manage expectations of clients and internal business teams throughout the project life cycle
