Due to the sensitive nature of the work, you will need to be eligible for SC Clearance.

THE SENIOR USER RESEARCHER - Active SC Clearance, or eligibility - London based, or able to commute- Experience as a Senior User Researcher

SENIOR USER RESEARCHER ESSENTIAL SKILLS- Ability to lead end to end user research, including mentoring junior researchers and decision making. - Strong qualitative and quantitative research and analysis expertise. - Deep understanding of user-centred design, service design, and human factors, ensuring user insights are embedded throughout design, development, and delivery.- Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities.
