What will you be doing? As an IT Service Desk Team Leader, you'll lead a small team delivering first-line and second-line IT support across the organisation. You'll act as both a team leader and a hands-on technical specialist - managing workloads, driving SLA performance, and ensuring excellent customer service.You'll take ownership of the IT support rota, handle escalations, mentor junior team members, and support the delivery of infrastructure initiatives across the business.

What will you need?* Previous experience in a senior IT support role with team leadership or mentoring responsibilities* Strong technical knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), and Intune* Experience managing user accounts and access via Active Directory, Azure AD, and Okta* Solid understanding of networking fundamentals - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls* Proven track record of managing SLAs, prioritising workloads, and delivering measurable service improvements* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills* Flexibility to occasionally work outside normal hours for system updates or incident response* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to office location)

What would be desirable?* ITIL 4 Foundation Certification or familiarity with ITIL frameworks* CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification* Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure* Exposure to regulated environments or financial services industries
