THE SERVICE DELIVERY COORDINATOR ROLE
This is a hands-on, operational role sitting between customers, internal teams, and third-party suppliers.
You will be responsible for managing customer orders from order form through to service go-live, coordinating deployments, monitoring progress against SLAs, and acting as a key point of contact for provisioning and billing queries.
The role is fast-paced, high-volume, and process-driven, ideal for someone organised, calm under pressure, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.
SERVICE DELIVERY COORDINATOR ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management experience
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Comfortable following defined processes and procedures
- Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritise tasks
DESIRABLE (NOT ESSENTIAL)
- Experience in telecoms, ISPs, MSPs, or network services
- Exposure to provisioning, service delivery, or order management
- Experience using CRM or billing systems
- Liaising with third-party suppliers or carriers
