The Role

As Sales & Marketing Manager, you’ll combine consultative sales with strategic marketing to win new business and strengthen client relationships. You’ll engage senior marketing and e-commerce teams, showcase the power of UGC and influencer advocacy, and craft campaigns that transform brand performance.

What you’ll do:

• Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise FMCG, Electronics, Beauty, and Retail brands.
• Drive outreach via email, social selling, and networking.
• Create marketing collateral, case studies, and thought leadership content.
• Deliver presentations and proposals that demonstrate ROI.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals aligned with client KPIs.
• Collaborate internally to refine messaging and share market insights.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Stay ahead of social media and influencer trends.

About You

• 4+ years in B2B sales or consultative marketing, ideally with FMCG/Electronics exposure.
• Proven ability to open doors and build relationships at enterprise level.
• Strong commercial acumen and CRM proficiency.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and UGC is a plus.
• Bonus: Experience leveraging AI tools for workflow automation.
