Job Title: Dynamics F&O Practice Leader/Practitioner

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics F&O Practice Leader/Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and leading our Dynamics F&O capability offshore, consulting with clients, and driving the successful implementation of Dynamics F&O solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Dynamics F&O, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and growth of the Dynamics F&O practice offshore.
- Consult with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance on Dynamics F&O solutions.
- Prepare RFI/RFP Response and create proactive proposals with comprehensive Solution design, Delivery approach, Implementation plan and Detailed Cost estimates aligned with Client’s Business objectives and technology landscape
- Work closely with delivery and sales teams to ensure alignment between proposed solutions and client expectations Lead and facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions to capture specific needs and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
- Advise clients on Dynamics Platform Modernization, Digital Transformation, Automation, and Copilot Adoption Strategies.
- Partner Ecosystem & Go-to-Market: Collaborate with technology partners, competency teams, and sales to define go-to-market strategies and identify target opportunities for building a robust revenue pipeline.
- Stay up to date with the latest Dynamics F&O trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
- At least 15 years’ experience working with a large SI or consulting organization.
- Extensive experience with Dynamics F&O, including implementation, customization, and integration.
- Proven track record of successfully leading Dynamics F&O projects.
- In depth Experience with Dynamics F&O modules such as SCM, Finance etc. Should have at least led 3-5 large Enterprise Grade F&O Deployments
- Strong consulting skills with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of data migration and integration techniques.
