IT Support Engineer

Commutable from Winchester, Southampton, Fareham. Portsmouth – hybrid working

Up to £45k

We're looking for a motivated IT Support Engineer to join a thriving company in a time of growth. You'll support the day-to-day IT operations and projects across the business.

Additional Info:

• Familiarity across Azure and Cybersecurity is highly desirable.
• The role is hybrid working – 1 day per week work from home.
• Due to the location – a driving license / car is essential

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the 'Go-to' person for an IT Support related needs within the business.
• Proficient within a Microsoft environment – AD, Exchange etc.
• Maintain and enhance security processes, supporting ISO 27001 compliance.
• Work on Azure and cloud-based projects.
• Manage hardware and software assets.
• Support IT projects and contribute to system improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven IT support experience in a similar role – including Hardware, Software & customer facing support.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cybersecurity best practice.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
