The Role
As the IT Project Manager, you'll work closely with technical teams, clients, and senior leadership to deliver end-to-end IT projects on time and within scope. You'll manage multiple concurrent projects within an MSP environment, ensuring clear communication, effective planning, and excellent client experience throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple IT projects for SME and mid-market clients.
- Manage scope, timelines, risks, and budgets, ensuring smooth and successful delivery.
- Work closely with technical engineers to schedule resource, align workloads, and ensure collaborative delivery.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide clear project communication at every stage.
- Produce project documentation including scopes of work, RAID logs, project plans, and sign-off documentation.
- Assist in pre-sales engagement by reviewing technical requirements and providing input into proposals.
- Ensure projects adhere to internal governance, quality standards, and best practice frameworks.
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience delivering IT projects within an MSP or IT services provider.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, infrastructure, and modern workplace technologies.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- A structured, methodical approach to project delivery with strong documentation skills.
- Ability to translate technical information clearly for clients and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prince2, PMP, Agile or equivalent certification is desirable - and the company will pay for these if you don't have them already.
