My client is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Succession and Career Development Specialist to support a major implementation project. In this role, you will help deliver cutting‐edge talent management solutions and contribute to a high-impact initiative within a collaborative, forward-thinking team dedicated to excellence and continuous professional growth.

What We’re Looking For:

Recent experience with SuccessFactors Succession and Career Development modules
Proven ability to design, configure, and implement SuccessFactors solutions
Skills in client workshops, solution design, and system integration
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Nice to Have:

Relevant SuccessFactors certifications (e.g., Employee Central)
Experience with related HR tools and emerging technologies
Involvement in thought leadership activities
