IT Techncian

EduTalent Group is seeking an experienced IT Technician to join a secondary school in Eastbourne. The successful candidate will support staff and students with all aspects of IT, maintaining hardware, software and network systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to staff and pupils
• Install, configure and maintain IT equipment and software
• Troubleshoot hardware and network issues
• Maintain user accounts and IT security
• Monitor and update IT systems and inventory

• Relevant IT qualifications or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks and software
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in a school environment desirable
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
