About the Role

Technical Resources has partnered with a leading provider of digital signage and AV solutions to retail, hospitality, and corporate environments and is seeking an experienced Senior AV Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join a growing team and contribute to impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Travel to client sites across Northern Ireland
- Work closely with Project Managers and Technical teams to ensure the successful installation of AV solutions.
- Deliver projects to strict SLAs, ensuring high standards of quality and timeliness.
- Install and configure a range of AV solutions, including digital signage, screens, and projectors.
- Maintain accurate data recording and reporting for each installation.
- Support and train Trainee AV Install Engineers (paired daily).
- Adhere to HSE protocols when working on large sites.

Essential Requirements

- Experience in a similar role, working to strict SLAs.
- Proven track record installing AV solutions
- Knowledge of basic audio and signal transmission
- Excellent communication skills, initiative, and professionalism.
- Working knowledge of digital signage, networking, IP, and AV technologies.
- Full driving license

- Experience with control equipment
- Client-facing
- Rack building experience
- Basic programming skills
- Experience with survey & specification
