Lead AI Engineer - Hybrid - London - £90,000-£110,000

I am working with a well-known household name in the financial sector, a company trusted by millions of customers across multiple countries. They are continuing to grow and are investing heavily in the latest technology, especially in the AI space. You will work with

• Building and shaping AI-powered applications using Python, LLMs and AWS.
• Leading a small GenAI feature team and guiding junior engineers.
• Getting hands-on with design decisions, code reviews and best practices.
• Working closely with product and design to turn ideas into real solutions.
• Evaluating LLM performance, tuning prompts and improving model safety.
• Helping shape the company's GenAI and agentic AI strategy.
