Senior Product Manager
The Company:
A leading digital infrastructure provider that powers the next generation of embedded payment experiences across the United Kingdom and Europe. Their platform enables seamless front end payment journeys across web and mobile, supporting B2B and platform driven payment flows across a wide range of industry sectors.
The Product team sits at the centre of the organisation and works closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Compliance to create scalable, regulated and commercially successful products that users genuinely value.
The Role:
• Full ownership of the product lifecycle from discovery through to launch and continuous improvement
• Set the product vision, roadmap and longer term strategy in line with company objectives
• Convert complex business needs into clear user stories, structured requirements and well maintained documentation
• Work in partnership with Engineering to ensure accurate delivery and high quality execution across roadmap items
• Drive a disciplined and scalable approach to product delivery and backlog management
• Lead the end to end launch process and coordinate activity across all internal teams
• Maintain clear internal product collateral and communication channels
• Build positive working relationships with external partners, suppliers and relevant regulatory bodies
• Track performance across key product metrics and identify continuous improvement opportunities
• Support commercial discussions with clear understanding of cost structures and revenue impact
• Provide frequent progress updates while managing risks and blockers transparently
Key Requirements:
• Strong product management experience with a history of delivering measurable commercial outcomes
• Comfortable working in fast paced and shifting environments where priorities may change at speed
• Background in payments, fintech or B2B software is preferred, although candidates with strong transferable skills from other sectors will be considered
• Highly analytical with the ability to convert insight and data into clear product action
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross functional teams
• Able to shift between long term strategy and hands on delivery
• Experience working with third party partners or external schemes
• Excellent communicator capable of aligning teams behind product goals
• Confident managing several workstreams at once and able to operate independently
• Experience guiding or mentoring others within a product environment
• Be able to work from their West London office 4 days per week, with flexibility.
