Senior Product Manager – Data / AdTech

We're working with a growing Int'l AdTech business (c.150 people) operating at the intersection of data, identity, CTV and programmatic advertising.

This role is for someone who can come in, quickly get to grips with the platform and become genuinely valuable to the business – not just contributing, but shaping direction and impact.

What you'll be doing

  • Embedding into the product team (6 people) and rapidly building deep understanding of the technology
  • Turning complex data sets into clear, market-facing product value
  • Acting as a credible bridge between product, engineering, commercial and marketing teams
  • Engaging confidently with a wide range of stakeholders – from highly technical engineers to commercial and external partners
  • Working closely with publishers, CTV environments and programmatic ecosystems to support product evolution and go-to-market
  • Helping define how identity, outcomes and data-driven products are positioned externally

What they're looking for

  • Strong grounding in programmatic advertising, including CTV, open RTB, pre-bid and identity frameworks
  • Experience working across different technical organisations and stakeholder groups
  • Able to operate at peer level with engineers, product leaders and senior commercial teams
  • A natural communicator who can adapt their style for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Someone pragmatic, confident and commercially aware – a true all-rounder

Details

  • Salary: £90,000–£100,000
  • UK-based, hybrid (2 days per week in office)
