Are you an experienced IT support professional looking for a new challenge in a mission-driven organisation? We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Analyst to join a collaborative team supporting over 250 users in a hybrid working environment.

You’ll work at the heart of a forward-thinking, values-led organisation dedicated to driving positive social change in health and care. The team supports a broad range of systems and services – from cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity to AV equipment and end-user devices – enabling the organisation to deliver research, influence policy, and innovate for impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for operating systems, M365 apps, hardware, and cloud services.
  • Support and maintain end-user devices (Windows laptops, mobile devices), including imaging and configuration.
  • Maintain and manage the IT Service Desk, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution and escalation.
  • Deliver AV support for meetings and events, and maintain office tech including desks, printers, and room setups.
  • Manage user accounts, device access policies, and hybrid working support.
  • Monitor and maintain IT assets, inventory, and backups.
  • Contribute to wider IT projects and knowledge-sharing initiatives to improve operational efficiency and self-service.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience providing IT support in a Microsoft environment (Windows 10/11, M365, Azure, AD, Intune/AutoPilot).
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and security protocols.
  • Comfortable supporting cloud-based and hybrid infrastructures (e.g. Exchange Hybrid, cloud backups, filtering).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience with AV equipment, service desk management, and asset tracking.
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Desirable but not Essential

  • MCP, ITIL or similar certifications.
  • Knowledge of scripting (e.g. PowerShell) and automation.
  • Experience with backup/recovery systems and email security platforms.
