Finance ManagerLocation: Cambridge Salary: £70,000 + benefits Newly created leadership role within a global technology business. A high-growth multinational is seeking a Finance Manager to take ownership of financial operations across its European entities. Based in Cambridge, this newly created role offers the opportunity to lead a team of four and shape a best-in-class finance function supporting continued expansion across the region.Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with European and international accounting standards.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned to business goals.
• Oversee tax, audit, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a finance team of four.
• Partner with senior management and the global Head Office to drive performance and support strategic growth.
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with extensive experience, including leadership within a multinational environment.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and ERP system experience.
