💼 The Role
We’re looking for a driven 360 Consultant with experience recruiting across Tech, Finance, or Data markets. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment, build long-term client partnerships, and deliver exceptional talent solutions.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Full 360 recruitment: business development, client management, candidate sourcing and placement
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships within Tech, Finance, and/or Data
- Developing new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to offer management
- Acting as a trusted market advisor to both clients and candidates
🎯 About You
- Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
- Background recruiting in Tech, Finance, and/or Data
- Strong billing track record and commercial mindset
- Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
