The role
Uniting Ambition is a private-equity backed technology recruitment business with over 20 years' experience working with established and high-growth brands across Software Engineering and Data.
Due to continued growth, we're looking to hire an experienced Senior Consultant to build and develop a defined technology market. This is a hands-on role with genuine ownership — client development, delivery, and long-term market growth.
You'll be trusted to run your desk properly, supported by a strong brand, existing client relationships, and modern recruitment tools.
What you'll be responsible for
- Developing new client relationships within the technology sector
- Managing and growing your own market vertical
- Working closely with clients to deliver quality recruitment solutions
- Building long-term candidate networks in your niche
- Contributing commercially as the business continues to scale
What we're looking for
- Experience in recruitment or B2B solutions sales to enterprise clients
- Strong business development capability
- Commercial, organised, and self-motivated
- Comfortable managing client relationships and candidate processes
- Someone who values autonomy but works well within a team
