We're looking for an experienced Senior Acturis Systems Consultant to join our growing insurance technology team. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on Acturis expertise who enjoys working closely with stakeholders to improve systems, processes, and outcomes across a broking environment.
What you'll be doing

Act as the lead point of contact for Acturis-related enhancements and initiatives

Configure and maintain Acturis workflows, templates, products, and reports

Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into system solutions

Optimise insurance processes to improve efficiency, compliance, and data quality

Support Acturis upgrades, testing (UAT), deployments, and post-go-live activity

Provide guidance and training to Acturis users across the business

Work closely with internal teams and Acturis support on fixes and enhancements
What we're looking for

Proven hands-on experience with the Acturis insurance platform (essential)

Strong Acturis configuration experience, including documents and integrations

Background in insurance broking, underwriting, or related insurance systems

Experience supporting Acturis implementations or large-scale migrations (ideal)

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Understanding of insurance workflows, products, and reporting

Comfortable working across the full delivery life cycle
Nice to have

Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments

Knowledge of SQL or reporting tools

Relevant certifications (BCS, Prince2, Agile, etc.)
