We're looking for an experienced Senior Acturis Systems Consultant to join our growing insurance technology team. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on Acturis expertise who enjoys working closely with stakeholders to improve systems, processes, and outcomes across a broking environment.

What you'll be doing

• Act as the lead point of contact for Acturis-related enhancements and initiatives

• Configure and maintain Acturis workflows, templates, products, and reports

• Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into system solutions

• Optimise insurance processes to improve efficiency, compliance, and data quality

• Support Acturis upgrades, testing (UAT), deployments, and post-go-live activity

• Provide guidance and training to Acturis users across the business

• Work closely with internal teams and Acturis support on fixes and enhancements

What we're looking for

• Proven hands-on experience with the Acturis insurance platform (essential)

• Strong Acturis configuration experience, including documents and integrations

• Background in insurance broking, underwriting, or related insurance systems

• Experience supporting Acturis implementations or large-scale migrations (ideal)

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Understanding of insurance workflows, products, and reporting

• Comfortable working across the full delivery life cycle

Nice to have

• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments

• Knowledge of SQL or reporting tools

• Relevant certifications (BCS, Prince2, Agile, etc.)
