Sales Executive

At Unloq, we partner with ambitious organisations to design, build and scale AI systems. We are growing fast, tackling frontier problems and shipping deployments that matter. Powered by our next generation Strategic Intelligence decision layer, we embed with client teams to build decision workflows people use every day, and we iterate quickly. We are setting new standards across professional services, supply chain, customer experience, operational efficiency, market intelligence, finance and more. These are high visibility programmes with a mandate to prove value quickly and scale responsibly.

We are now looking for a Sales & Marketing Administrator to help build a world-class sales operation and support marketing execution. This is a hands-on, entry-level role working closely with the Commercial Co-Founder/CEO.

What you will do...

1) Sales support & deal administration
  • Support consultative sales calls (note-taking, action tracking, and follow-ups).
  • Draft and send professional follow-up emails and responses to inbound leads (using templates and guidance).
  • Prepare and assemble client proposals and supporting documents; coordinate internal inputs and version control.
  • Manage scheduling, agendas, meeting logistics, and basic account research ahead of calls.

2) CRM & pipeline operations (Copper CRM)
  • Own day-to-day CRM administration (Copper): data hygiene, contact/company records, activity logging.
  • Keep pipelines accurate and up to date: stages, next steps, close dates, notes, and tasks.
  • Maintain simple reporting (weekly pipeline snapshot, lead sources, response times, activity).
  • Support process improvements (templates, checklists, standard fields, definitions of done for stages).

3) Sales collateral & messaging
  • Create and update sales collateral (one-pagers, pitch decks, case study drafts, proposal sections).
  • Maintain a library of approved messaging (value propositions, service descriptions, FAQs, objections).
  • Help document and keep up to date Unloq’s ideal customer profile (ICP): target sectors, personas, triggers, and pain points.

4) Marketing & content operations
  • Keep the website and social channels up to date (posting cadence, light edits, new announcements).
  • Support basic content production: repurposing insights into posts, newsletter drafts, event write-ups, and simple visuals.
  • Maintain a content calendar and track performance (engagement, clicks, inbound enquiries) with simple reporting.

5) Partnerships & referrals support
  • Support partnership and referral activity: tracking introductions, follow-ups, thank-yous, and status updates.
  • Maintain a partner list and ensure next actions are clear (who owns what, by when).

6) AI-enabled working (day-to-day)
  • Use AI tools to support research, drafting, summarising, and creating first versions of content.
  • Apply judgement and accuracy checks; ensure tone and brand alignment.
  • Handle information responsibly and follow internal guidance on sensitive data.

What we’re looking for
Essentials
  • Strong written and verbal communication; confident, friendly and professional with clients.
  • Highly organised: able to manage multiple tasks, follow-ups, and deadlines reliably.
  • Comfortable with technology and AI-literate; uses AI tools to improve speed and quality.
  • High attention to detail (CRM accuracy, proposal formatting, correct names/dates/numbers).
  • Positive, proactive mindset: spots problems early and suggests fixes.
Nice to have (not required)
  • Exposure to sales/admin/marketing tasks (internship, part-time role, society leadership, volunteering).
  • Basic familiarity with CRM systems (Copper, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).
  • Confidence with Canva and Google Workspace / Microsoft Office.
  • Interest in B2B services, technology, and applied AI.
What success looks like (first 3–6 months)

  • CRM is consistently up to date; pipeline accuracy and notes are trusted by the team.
  • Inbound leads receive fast, high-quality responses; follow-ups are timely and professional.
