A large, well-established organisation is looking for an Application Support Analyst to provide high-quality IT and application support to internal users. This role offers the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of core business systems while delivering reliable, user-focused support that improves day-to-day operations.

The Role
You will support a wide range of business applications, acting as a key point of contact for users and ensuring incidents, requests and changes are handled efficiently and in line with agreed service levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a strong understanding of core business systems, including their use, architecture and common issues
- Provide day-to-day application support and guidance to users
- Manage incidents and service requests through an IT Service Management system, in line with SLAs
- Review and triage allocated tickets, resolving as many as possible at first contact and escalating where appropriate
- Maintain and improve documentation, processes and knowledge articles
- Carry out routine systems administration tasks as required
- Liaise with third-party suppliers providing technical or application support
- Manage escalations to senior colleagues or external partners when needed
- Support change and enhancement activity in line with existing procedures
- Assist with incident, request and wider IT support activities as required
About You
- Two to three years’ experience in an application or IT support role
- Mandatory experience with the SaaS product ClickUp, including setting up, maintaining and managing multiple spaces and workspaces
- Strong mix of technical capability and customer-focused soft skills
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Structured problem-solving approach with a focus on preventing repeat issues
- Ability to prioritise work, manage pressure and meet SLAs
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, detail-focused and proactive
- Flexible approach to working hours, with willingness to provide occasional out-of-hours support
- Resilient, patient and keen to learn
- Willing to travel occasionally to other sites for training
