We are now hiring a Graduate Data Analyst to join our core team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a numerate, curious graduate who wants real responsibility, exposure to live data, and rapid development inside a high-growth startup.

As a Graduate Data Analyst at Via, you will work closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams to turn data into insight. Your analysis will directly influence candidate matching, employer decision-making, and how the platform scales.

This is not a passive reporting role. You will be encouraged to explore data, test ideas, and help shape how Via uses analytics and AI.

• Analyse candidate and employer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Build dashboards and reports to support product and commercial decisions
• Support development of matching logic, scoring models, and performance metrics
• Work with large datasets covering jobs, salaries, locations, and user behaviour
• Track growth, engagement, and conversion metrics across the platform
• Support ad hoc analysis and experimentation as the business grows

• Strong academic background in a numerical or analytical discipline
• Comfortable working with data, numbers, and spreadsheets
• Curious, analytical, and keen to understand how systems work
• Able to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive, self-motivated, and excited by fast-paced environments

Experience with Excel, SQL, Python, R, Power BI, or Tableau is beneficial but not essential. Curiosity and willingness to learn matter more than a perfect toolset.
