The Role:

We’re looking for a Graduate Business Development Associate to join our growing sales team. You’ll be at the forefront of Via’s expansion, helping to introduce our innovative platform to new clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate who wants hands-on experience in sales, tech, and business growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and engage potential clients, showcasing the value of Via
• Build strong, long-term relationships with business decision-makers
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to refine our approach
• Track and analyse your own sales pipeline, celebrating wins and learning from challenges
• Contribute to the growth and development of Via as a whole

What We’re Looking For:

• A recent graduate (or exceptional school leaver) with a can-do attitude
• Excellent communication skills and confidence talking to senior stakeholders
• Curiosity, resilience, and a desire to learn about sales, tech, and recruitment
• A proactive, self-starter mentality; you see opportunities, not obstacles
