Delivery Manager (SC Cleared) – 6-Month Contract – Hybrid – London

VIQU has partnered with a leading organisation who are seeking a Delivery Manager (SC Cleared) to lead the delivery of critical IT projects focused on Azure and Power Platform technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver IT projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring outcomes meet business objectives.
• Lead planning, risk management, and reporting across multiple delivery streams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing expert guidance and presenting at Project Board and Delivery Board meetings.
• Drive adoption of Agile best practices, including Scrum, Kanban, Test Driven Development (TDD), Lean, and Disciplined Agile Delivery.
• Facilitate SAFe Agile ceremonies, including Quarterly PI Planning, to align teams with programme objectives.
• Ensure delivery aligns with organisational governance, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager working on IT projects in Azure and Power Platform environments
• Strong track record of stakeholder management, including advising senior staff and presenting complex information clearly at leadership level
• Deep understanding of software development processes and modern delivery methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, TDD, Lean, and Disciplined Agile Delivery
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery toolsets, particularly Jira
• Demonstrated experience in SAFe Agile practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
• Active SC Clearance (essential)

• Role: Delivery Manager (SC Cleared)
• Length: 6-month contract
• IR35: Inside IR35
• Rate: £450 - £550 per day
• Location: Hybrid / 2 days per week onsite in London
