What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading smooth, stress-free onboarding for enterprise-level customers
  • Designing and delivering engaging training experiences (onsite, virtual, and train-the-trainer)
  • Partnering with customer leaders to drive adoption across teams, regions, and sites
  • Creating training resources that scale globally and get used
  • Owning customer success for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, from adoption to renewal
  • Showcasing value through strategic success plans and executive business reviews
  • Being the customer’s voice internally and influencing how things are built and improved
  • Tracking success metrics like adoption, renewals, satisfaction, and advocacy
  • Turning happy customers into raving fans through case studies and testimonials
