What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading smooth, stress-free onboarding for enterprise-level customers
- Designing and delivering engaging training experiences (onsite, virtual, and train-the-trainer)
- Partnering with customer leaders to drive adoption across teams, regions, and sites
- Creating training resources that scale globally and get used
- Owning customer success for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, from adoption to renewal
- Showcasing value through strategic success plans and executive business reviews
- Being the customer’s voice internally and influencing how things are built and improved
- Tracking success metrics like adoption, renewals, satisfaction, and advocacy
- Turning happy customers into raving fans through case studies and testimonials
