Sales Manager - AdTech

As a Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in developing and expanding strategic relationships with major UK advertisers across retail, travel, and e-commerce sectors. You’ll manage a blend of new business and existing high-value accounts, crafting bespoke, insight-led marketing solutions that deliver measurable results.

What you’ll do

  • Prospect, develop, and close new partnerships with major UK advertisers
  • Manage and grow existing high-value client relationships
  • Create and present tailored, data-driven marketing strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful campaigns
  • Analyse campaign performance to identify optimisation opportunities
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets

About you

  • Experienced in marketing services, digital media, or performance-based sales
  • Proven success in building and developing strategic advertiser relationships
  • Confident presenting to senior marketing stakeholders (CMO, Head of Marketing, Affiliate Leads)
  • Analytical and commercially minded, with a passion for data-led marketing
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and love exceeding goals
