Customer Success Onboarding Consultant
Vivid Rock are proud to be partnering with an exciting, high growth SaaS business as they continue to scale at pace through due to significant interest in their platform from companies across the globe. As a result of their success, they are looking for an Onboarding Consultant to join their customer success team, taking responsibility for the implementation, training and platform optimisation of their flagship product, to ensure their clients realise the platform's full potential.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding journey: from pilot, configuration, and integration to training, go-live, and re-certification.
- Take responsibility for being the platform and Operational Excellence expert
- Configure the platform and coordinate integrations
- Deliver key-use sessions and impactful train-the-trainer training.
- Create and maintain training and support materials
- Manage customer escalations and coordinate solutions internally.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure client success.
- Identify business opportunities within accounts.
Key Skills:
- Significant project management experience
- Experience working in a Customer Success or Consulting position within SaaS
- Exceptional knowledge of Operational Excellence methodologies
- Experienced in working with or for Manufacturing companies
- Track record of customer facing experience, strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working remotely and across time zones.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HubSpot, DevOps, and project management tools.
- Can speak either French or German
