A client of ours in Financial Services is seeking a proactive and client-focused IT Support Technician to join their small but dynamic IT team. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional technical support across the business, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to upcoming infrastructure and automation projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid IT support experience looking to take ownership in a collaborative environment.
You'll be a great fit if:
- You have at least 18 months of IT support experience
- You're confident troubleshooting desktops and managing hardware builds.
- You have strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 11) and Microsoft 365.
- You're an excellent communicator with a strong appreciation for client service.
- You thrive in a small IT function and can work effectively across teams.
- Experience in a regulated environment (Financial Services, Insurance) is highly advantageous.
This opportunity requires 5 days per week in their London office and is paying a salary of £38,000-£45,000 per annum.
