Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £80,000–£90,000 + RSUs

A high-growth, global, tech-led organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Reward Partner to shape and scale reward strategy within its Technology business area. This is a high-impact role in a fast-moving People function, offering the opportunity to influence senior leaders and build reward frameworks that support long-term, sustainable growth.

Partnering closely with Engineering, Product, Data and other technical teams, this role requires someone who understands the pace and language of tech, brings commercial judgement, and takes a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.

The Role

As Senior Reward Partner, you will:

  • Lead the design, planning and delivery of compensation and benefits initiatives across a global technology population
  • Drive high-impact reward projects that scale with rapid organisational growth
  • Partner with senior leaders and People teams globally to embed reward strategy and support sound decision-making
  • Provide expert guidance on market pricing, role evaluation, compensation analysis and benefits design
  • Track external market and industry trends, translating insight into clear, data-driven recommendations
  • Develop compelling reward communications that help leaders and employees understand total reward offerings

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong end-to-end Reward expertise, with deep experience in compensation benchmarking using multiple external data sources
  • Solid understanding of benefits, equity and total reward structures
  • Proven experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • A pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution
  • Confidence partnering with technical stakeholders and translating complex reward data into clear, actionable insights
  • Highly data-driven, with an automation mindset and a passion for improving processes
  • Demonstrated success delivering reward projects end to end
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
