Reward Partner
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £80,000–£90,000 + RSUs
A high-growth, global, tech-led organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Reward Partner to shape and scale reward strategy within its Technology business area. This is a high-impact role in a fast-moving People function, offering the opportunity to influence senior leaders and build reward frameworks that support long-term, sustainable growth.
Partnering closely with Engineering, Product, Data and other technical teams, this role requires someone who understands the pace and language of tech, brings commercial judgement, and takes a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.
The RoleAs Senior Reward Partner, you will:
- Lead the design, planning and delivery of compensation and benefits initiatives across a global technology population
- Drive high-impact reward projects that scale with rapid organisational growth
- Partner with senior leaders and People teams globally to embed reward strategy and support sound decision-making
- Provide expert guidance on market pricing, role evaluation, compensation analysis and benefits design
- Track external market and industry trends, translating insight into clear, data-driven recommendations
- Develop compelling reward communications that help leaders and employees understand total reward offerings
- A strategic yet hands-on role where your expertise will directly shape the future of reward

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
