We build powerful AI tools that help businesses respond faster, sell better, and scale support effortlessly - and now we’re looking for a sharp, persuasive, experienced telephone sales contractor to help us spread the word.

The role You’ll be reaching out to businesses across the UK (and beyond), speaking to warm and cold leads about our AI products - from virtual customer service agents to fully integrated AI contact centre platforms. We’re looking for someone who can turn curiosity into interest, and interest into demos.

What you'll be doing

• Making outbound calls to warm and cold leads
• Qualifying prospects and booking demos with our sales team
• Following up with engaged leads via email and CRM
• Hitting weekly activity targets - and earning commission for results
• Representing Worktual with professionalism, clarity and confidence

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in telephone sales or B2B lead generation
• Excellent communication skills - confident, clear, and convincing
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude
• Interest in AI, SaaS, or digital customer service a bonus
• Comfortable working independently and remotely
